High-Volume Customers
If you are a high-volume customer or have Distributor-Level Pricing, shipping charges will be determined at the time the order is shipped.  The shipping rate that you will receive is a negotiated rate and is significantly lower than standard rates.  We pass these savings along to you because of the special relationship you have with us.  If you would like to sign up for special pricing, please use our contact form or call our Customer Service Department at 800-624-4568.

Carriers
The primary carriers that ATR uses are FedEx, UPS and USPS.  If the size of your orders requires us to ship it truck-line, additional charges may be added to offset “Special Service Charges” like Residential delivery, Lift-Gate Service, etc.  We will notify you of these charges before the order ships.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, APO, DPO and FPO

International Shipping
Light bulbs are fragile and they are more likely to break if they are shipped long distances.  Because of this, ATR restricts purchase to only Canada, Mexico and the US.  If you have any questions regarding international shipments, please use our contact form or call our Customer Service Department at 800-624-4568.

Express and Overnight Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm CST will be shipped the same day.  If they are placed any time after that, they will ship the following business day.
